Celine dion all by myself

There are some motivational speakers that say you can push beyond the tireness, stress and fatigue into the second wind and get more strength and energy to keep on going. But then I begin to think how good that is for the body. Of course, there is no doubt I want to be able to squeeze as many hours I can out of the day so I can continue my work in my career and do as many searches on the internet, especially my most recent fascination with celine dion all by myself, but certainly not to overdo my body's capacity and over exert myself. I am certain that the conventional medical world would frown upon this, but I wonder if there is even some sort of study or body of research on this type of behavior of people that strive to gain their second wind.
